Outright Purchase

Upfront investment, maximum lifetime savings

Conventional model where the client pays for the services directly whilst solar residential and bespoke engineering and audits are only on outright purchase model.

For Solar Commercial & Industrial and Energy Efficiency Projects may opt for outright or Zero CAPEX with shared savings, the client may opt to pay some downpayment and Xenergi will develop hybrid model where the shared savings is increased and the contract period is decreased.

Zero CAPEX Model

No upfront cost, immediate savings

Provided for Solar Commercial & Industrial and Energy Efficiency Projects, clients may opt for Zero CAPEX and Xenergi will design bill and finance the entire system on energy subscription model. Agreements typically SARE with TNB, Xenergi and the client as parties to the tri-parties to the agreement. Typical contract durations are usually 21 years for RE and 7 years for EE.

Note

1. Xenergi will provide and outright purchase model and EPC commercial model, and if the client wishes to inject some capital and increase the sharing, a customised hybrid model will be proposed.
2. Eligibility of EPC, the company needs to have a good financial standing and personal track record and subject to our management approval.

Hybrid Model

Flexible financing, optimized returns

Hybrid Plan is essentially an energy performance contracting but not Zero CAPEX.

If the client wishes to dish-out a portion of the project capital whilst Xenergi provides the balance and delivers the entire project, the client will share a bigger portion of the savings or generation and possibly a shorter project tenure. However, system maintenance and warranty will lie with Xenergi.

Client is welcomed to request for Xenergi to propose a hybrid plan that is suitable and caters to their financial target.
