Ir. Mohd Fadzil Ahmad Shah

Ir. Fadzil Shah brings over two decades of experience in engineering and sustainability to the helm of Xenergi. An electrical engineer by training, he has dedicated his career to advancing energy efficiency and clean energy adoption across Malaysia.

Prior to being in the sustainability environment, Fadzil spent over 18 years in the built environment sector, focussing the design and implementation of Mechanical and Electrical services in building and infrastructure. His transition into sustainable development was marked by a significant milestone: helping transform Perdana Putra, the Malaysian Prime Minister's Office, into a Platinum-rated Green Building Index (GBI) certified structure.

With hands-on expertise in Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) and Zero-CAPEX financing models, Fadzil understands both the technical and financial challenges of green projects. He has led numerous initiatives in energy efficiency and renewable energy, always with a focus on practical, scalable impact.

Fadzil is also a committee member in Malaysian Energy Services Association since 2018 and also in a couple other non profit organizations. He is a Certified Green Building Commissioner, Registered Electrical Energy Manager, and Measurement & Verification Professional, and continues to be a driving force in shaping Xenergi's mission to deliver real-world sustainability through smart engineering, trusted partnerships, and results-driven execution.
